Delivery
- We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday.
- Please check your email and spam/junk folder for any updates from the team regarding out of stock items within your order, which can sometimes happen during busy sales periods or a promotional offer.
- Please check spam/junk folders for despatch notifications with estimated delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your order as we use tracking with signature as standard for orders over £50.00, and in case the package cannot fit through your letterbox.
- Please check all details within your order such as the order contents items/sizes and the address. For any returned parcels due to failed/unanswered delivery attempts or an address entered inaccurately, an additional postage fee would be applicable to resend this order.
- We use Royal Mail for our current delivery service.
- We currently only ship to within the UK (including Northern Ireland).
Delayed Delivery
- If you are in the UK and haven't received your order 7 days after you receive your dispatch email, please contact us at sales@dancewearoutlet.co.uk and we will investigate.
